These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "Member") and WOU88 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the WOU88 online gaming platform located at https://wou88.cam (the "Platform") and all related services, products, software, and features provided therein.

By creating an account, making a deposit, accessing any game, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including visitors, registered members, and VIP players.

WOU88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members via the email address associated with their account. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a User on the Platform, used to access gaming services and manage funds.
• "Balance" means the total funds held within a User's Account at any given time, including Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance where applicable.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional funds credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements and other promotional terms.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the User via an accepted payment method, or winings derived from the use of such deposited funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures required by the Company to confirm a User's identity, age, and place of residence.
• "Wagering Requirement" or "Rollover" means the number of times a bonus amount must be bet in total before it or derived winings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Platform" means the WOU88 website, mobile site, and any associated applications or services provided at https://wou88.cam.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency accepted on the Platform.
• "Game Rules" means the specific rules applicable to each individual casino game or betting market available on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdictions" means countries or territories from which access to and use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times during which you hold an Account:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. WOU88 does not permit players under the age of 21 to register or use its services under any circumstances.
2. You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any other party.
4. You are not a resident of, nor accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
5. You have not previously been excluded from WOU88 or had an Account closed by WOU88 for breach of these Terms.
6. You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether such participation is lawful where you reside.
7. You are not registered or employed by WOU88, nor are you an immediate family member of any WOU88 employee, in which case participation may be restricted.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria listed above. WOU88 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to close Accounts or withold withdrawals where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

To access gaming services on the Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a single Account. Registration requires the provision of accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number.

WOU88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) via the following approved payment methods: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow Transfer, FPX Online Banking, and selected cryptocurrency channels (USDT, BTC, ETH).

WOU88 offers a range of promotional offers to new and existing Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, referal bonuses, birthday bonuses, and VIP tier rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms applicable to each offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered Members only. WOU88 reserves the right to restrict bonus availability to specific player segments, geographic regions, or deposit methods at its sole discretion.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they or derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x of the bonus amount depending on the specific promotion.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While Bonus Balance is active, the maximum permitted bet per round is RM250 to RM500 unless otherwise stated in individual promotional terms. Bets exceeding this limit while using Bonus Balance may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and derived winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live table games and certain other categories contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10–20%). Specific contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed bonuses and bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements expire within the period specified in individual promotional terms, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active in an Account at any given time. WOU88 reserves the right to apply most recent bonus and cancel prior bonuses in the event of conflict.
• Abuse Prevention: WOU88 maintains active monitoring for bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk arbitrage betting, coordinated wagering across multiple Accounts, and systematic exploitation of promotional terms. Confirmed bonus abuse will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of bonus-derived balances.

All gaming and betting activity on the Platform is subject to the specific Game Rules applicable to each product, in addition to the general rules set out herein. By participating in any game or placing any bet, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable Game Rules.

• All bets are final once confirmed. WOU88 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where an obvious system error has occurred.
• WOU88 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error, data feed failure, or human error in odds compilation.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome or bet settlement, the decision of WOU88's settlements team shall be final and binding, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in these Terms.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply across all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface and are subject to change without prior notice.
• For live sports betting, bets placed after the conclusion of the relevant event — including delayed bets resulting from connectivity issues on the User's end — will be voided and stakes returned.
• WOU88 reserves the right to limit the maximum winings payable to any single Member within any defined period in order to manage platform risk. Such limits will be communicated to affected Members on request.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referal to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion with other players, or manipulation of game outcomes;
• Arbitrage betting or low-risk strategy betting designed to exploit bonus terms or guaranteed-profit strategies at the expense of the Platform;
• Money laundering or using the Platform to conceal, transfer, or legitimise proceeds of crime;
• Opening multiple Accounts or allowing other individuals to use your Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification;
• Attempting to access areas of the Platform or systems beyond your authorised access level;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities — any such vulnerability must be reported to WOU88 immediately and not exploited;
• Using the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction by means of a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology;
• Engaging in harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive communication with WOU88 staff or other players.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, game code, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of WOU88 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

WOU88 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works of any Platform content without the express prior written consent of WOU88.

The WOU88 name, logo, and all associated product names, service names, and slogans are trademarks or registered trademarks of WOU88. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any trademark, trade name, service mark, or logo of WOU88 without the prior written permission of WOU88.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WOU88 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

In no event shall WOU88's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you to the Platform in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

WOU88 is not liable for any delay, failure, or error attributable to third-party service providers including payment processors, banking institutions, internet service providers, or game content suppliers. WOU88 will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve such issues promptly when notified.

WOU88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity;
• Suspected money laundering or financing of criminal activity;
• At the request of the Member under our responsible gambling self-exclusion program;
• At the direction of a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified Real Money Balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus Balances are not returnable.

Members may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting WOU88 support. Accounts subject to pending withdrawals, active bonuses, or ongoing investigations may not be closed immediately.

WOU88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing a safe environment for all Members. The Company recognises that for a small proportion of users, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

• Age Restriction: WOU88 is strictly for players aged 21 and above. We operate mandatory age verification checks and will not knowingly permit underage gambling.
• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their Account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately and may not be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Loss Limits: Members may configure loss limits to restrict the total amount they may lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Members may set session duration reminders to encourage regular breaks from play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Members may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of their choosing (24 hours to 6 months).
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the Platform may submit a self-exclusion request via our support team. Self-exclusion is irevocable for a minimum period of 12 months.

Non-material changes — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Terms, or updates to reflect changes in applicable law — may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and request Account closure.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which WOU88 holds its gaming licence.

In the event of any dispute, difference, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct negotiation by contacting WOU88's support team. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of written notice, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent WOU88 from seeking interim or injunctive relief from any competent court to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
